Since the standard gas is a standard material for gas, the requirements for the material gas are particularly high. All standard gases of PUREGAS use the highest level of raw material gas from the binary channel.

      Container selection

The container containing the standard gas is made of a material resistant to corrosion, compression, less adsorption, no rust, stable chemical properties, and high mechanical strength. The commonly used high-pressure vessel is an aluminum alloy bottle, and the carbon steel bottle is not smooth due to its inner wall. The adsorption is large and completely eliminated.


Pretreatment

The cylinder containing the standard gas is cleaned and painted before use. Then, the cylinder is heated to about 100 °C and vacuumed for about 4 hours. After the cylinder is finished, it must be analyzed for the content of impurities such as H2O and O2.
